All shipping rates vary by zip code and range from $15-$55. Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are fragile, perishable and delicate, we employ a personal delivery driver who delivers each arrangement with care. Deliveries leave our shop at 11am and are guaranteed to be delivered by 5pm.
We deliver flowers and gifts Monday-Saturday, we are closed on Sunday. So long as your order is received by 9PM, it will be eligible for next day delivery.
Due to COVID-19, we have implemented a contactless delivery method to keep our employees and recipients safe. When the driver arrives, they will place the arrangement on the porch and wait from a safe distance for someone to answer the door. If no one answers, we will then send a text message with a photo of the location of their arrangement to let them know their flowers have been delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items in our shop are final sale. Should your flower arrangement be dead within 1 day, please send an email to email@example.com. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, at our discretion. Your items are perishable and you should expect a shelf life of 3-5 days, sometimes longer depending on the blooms selected.
Care Packages are final sale as well, though if any delicate items arrive damaged we will gladly replace them ASAP!
